Two drinks on a table

Dry January – top tipples to try

Did you have a fantastic festive season? We hope so but maybe the new year means you want to slow things down a bit, and give your skin, body, and overall health time to reset.

With many of us committing to dry January we have put together some of our favourite tasty tipples that pack a flavoursome punch but are no or low alcohol.

Non-alcoholic sparkling wine

If you are looking to have a celebration but don’t want the hangover to go with it, why not try M&S Alcohol Free Fizzero Rose or La Gioiosa Alcohol Free Sparkling Wine.

Both will give you the fizz you are looking for but without the sore head or an empty wallet!

Marvellous mocktails

Cocktails, they are fun, colourful and offer a wide variety of taste combinations.

If you are looking to enjoy them but with minimal alcohol, then why not explore the range of mocktails that are available to make at home or to buy.

We found some fantastic recipes at BBC Good Food or to buy at Mocktails.

Sparkling juices

Full of flavour and bubbles, sparkling juice can be a great alternative to champagne or prosecco!

Shrubs or drinking vinegars have proved popular recently and can be added to sparkling water for a delicious and refreshing drink. Why not try the range from the Scottish Bee Company.
