  • 2-4 slices of leftover Christmas turkey
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked crispy
  • 3 slices of bread (toasted, if desired)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cranberry sauce (optional)
  • Leftover stuffing (optional)

  1. Toast the bread (if you prefer it toasted) and let it cool slightly.
  2. Lay out your slices of bread on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. On one slice of bread, start assembling your sandwich. Place a layer of lettuce leaves followed by turkey slices. If you have leftover stuffing, you can add it as well.
  5. Add a second slice of bread on top of the turkey layer, mayo-side down.
  6. Layer the bacon and tomato slices on top of the second bread slice.
  7. Add cranberry sauce if you have it for that festive touch.
  8. Place the final slice of bread on top, mayo-side down.
  9. Secure the sandwich with toothpicks, and then carefully cut it into halves or quarters.
  10. Serve your Christmas leftover turkey club sandwich with your favourite side dishes, like potato salad or chips.
