Award-winning Glasgow restaurant Celentano’s, led by husband-and-wife team Anna and Dean Parker, has opened the doors to its stunning new home within the recently launched Arthouse Hotel on Bath Street.
Following the success of its original location at Cathedral House, the Michelin Bib Gourmand-winning restaurant enters an exciting new chapter, bringing its acclaimed Italian-inspired cooking to the heart of the city centre.
A Menu Built Around Seasonal Produce
Celentano’s remains true to the philosophy that earned it a loyal following: ingredient-led dishes, minimal waste, nose-to-tail cooking, and a deep respect for traditional preservation and fermentation techniques.
Guests can begin with a selection of snacks and antipasti, including the restaurant’s signature Smoked Cod Doughnuts with Kimchi, Lasagne Fritte with Porcini and Cora Linn, and house-made Chicken Liver Mousse and Spiced ’Nduja, served alongside Celentano’s sourdough and smoked cultured butter.
New seasonal dishes include Mackerel Crudo with Cucumber, Radish and Green Apple and Stracciatella with Sourdough Crumb, while pasta lovers can enjoy favourites such as BBQ Dexter Beef Ragù and Linguine with Crab and ’Nduja XO, alongside regularly changing seasonal creations.
The menu also features carefully sourced fish and meat, butchered and prepared in-house, including Dayboat Monkfish, Kames Trout Tail, and a daily selection of premium steaks.
Desserts Worth Saving Room For
The much-loved Celentano’s Affogato returns, combining malted barley gelato, cold brew coffee and chocolate mousse made with chocolate from Glasgow’s Bare Bones. Other sweet highlights include Poached Rhubarb with Yoghurt Sorbet and Pink Pepper Doughnuts, and Milk Gelato with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Shared Dining and Sunday Feasts

For those looking to experience the kitchen at its best, the Chef’s Menu offers a multi-course shared dining experience centred around a seasonal venison main course.
The restaurant also serves an Italian-inspired Sunday roast and its celebrated tiramisù, which proved hugely popular during Celentano’s Glasgow pop-ups earlier this year.
Families are well catered for too, with a children’s menu available throughout the week.
Creative Cocktails and Carefully Curated Wines
The drinks programme, overseen by Anna Parker, reflects the restaurant’s sustainable ethos, with many cocktails incorporating ingredients and by-products from the kitchen.
Signature serves include the Celentano’s Negroni, made with house-made Vermouth Rosso, and the Celentano’s Chilli Margarita, alongside a seasonal selection of martinis and daiquiris.
A concise European wine list focuses on biodynamic and organic producers, with selections evolving throughout the year to complement the changing menu.
Stylish New Surroundings

Designed by acclaimed studio A-nrd, the restaurant reflects the wider Arthouse Hotel concept of an “artist’s residence”, blending a relaxed bistro atmosphere with contemporary design.
Original architectural features sit alongside reclaimed timber flooring, exposed brickwork, glazed tiling and bespoke furnishings, creating a warm and inviting space for up to 60 guests.
At its centre sits a striking zinc-topped cocktail bar, while a semi-private dining area and open kitchen pass add both intimacy and theatre to the dining experience.
A New Chapter for an Acclaimed Restaurant
Since opening in 2021, Celentano’s has become one of Scotland’s most celebrated dining destinations, earning a Michelin Bib Gourmand within six months and retaining the accolade ever since. The restaurant was also named Scottish Restaurant of the Year at the 2025 Scotsman Scran Awards.
The move to Arthouse Hotel marks a significant new chapter for the business following the closure of its original Cathedral House location at the end of 2025.
Celentano’s at Arthouse Hotel is now open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
