Golden Giveaways – Competition Terms & Conditions
By entering The Cryer’s “Golden Giveaways” competition, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
- One entry per person, per prize.
- No purchase necessary.
- Employees of The Cryer and associated prize partners are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
- Entrants must complete the official entry form linked to each prize.
- Only entries received via the official forms on www.thecryermagazine.co.uk/win will be accepted.
- All required fields (name, email, phone number) must be completed for the entry to be valid.
Entry Deadline
- The competition closes at 11:59pm on Friday 30th August 2025.
- Entries received after this date will not be counted.
Prize Details
- Five separate prizes are available to win, as described on the competition page.
- Each winner will receive one prize only.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- The Cryer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection
- Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
- Winners will be notified via email within 10 working days of the closing date.
- If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, The Cryer reserves the right to select a new winner.
Data & Privacy
- Personal details submitted will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition.
- Entrant data will not be shared with third parties, except with the relevant prize partner for prize fulfilment.
General
- The Cryer reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend the competition at any time without prior notice.
- Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The Cryer’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
